Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a separate email with your tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

It's super easy. To start a return, you can contact us at info@yanalace.com. We’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Generally, we can only update your shipping address before shipment. To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
We are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status to make sure you can receive your order.
